Requirements

  • you must have completed the TBN OpsDriver onboarding process

  • you must have Samsara or Saucon devices installed in 1 or more vehicles

Setup Steps

  1. contact TBN & Initek teams to request setup for your account

    • we will send you an invoice for the 1st month

    • pay this invoice to kick off the setup process​

  2. the TBN & Initek teams will work with you to onboard your account

    • get bookings flows from TBN

    • process actuals results​​ from Samsara or Saucon

  3. view booking & actuals results on our portal​

    • you will receive a welcome ​email with a credentials to our Fleet Integration Portal

    • you can view bookings and actuals results and access all of our other features

  4. view results in TBN OpsDriver​

    • Dispatch -> Driver Actuals ​

    • Reports -> Dispatch -> Driver Actuals

    • Reports -> Vehicles -> IFTA Mileage

Our Platform Packages & Features

Bookings & Telematics Integration

This is the base package that connects your booking and telematics platforms.  This package includes support for: creating telematics routes from bookings, custom map views to show your vehicles alongside booking data and our Bus SOS (stranded vehicle assistance) features.

Actuals Integration

This package automates calculating actual driver HOS times & vehicle times/mileage for each booking.  It is then pushes this data to your booking platform to streamline driver payroll & customer billing activities.  This eliminates the need to manually enter this data and provides tools to view and troubleshoot issues efficiently in one place.

Custom Views & Reports

We combine data from multiple systems to provide specific operational views & reports.  These allow you to see your planned data alongside actual data for vehicles & drivers to support forecasting, analytics, on-time reporting and much more.

Alerts & Notifications

These SMS & email alert features allow you to notify staff, customers and passengers about booking, vehicle & driver events.  The goal of each is to notify the right people at the right time to improve overall fleet reliability and improve end-to-end customer service.

Vehicle Status Management

This is a web & SMS based solution to manage vehicle readiness status in real-time.  This allows your cleaning, maintenance, drivers & dispatch teams teams to share status changes and notes about each vehicle.  We also show upcoming booking times & driver info and update the vehicle status in real-time based on vehicle events (leaving, arrivals & DVIRs). 

Data Access Package

This package allows your team to access platform data directly for use within your organization.  This is typically to support BI Solutions or other internal applications that require data from telematics, booking or other platforms.  We can provide a solution to pull data from our APIs or push data to your APIs or database if needed.

Simple Monthly Pricing

We charge a simple monthly fee for each package based on your vehicle count and usage needs.  This gives you access to all current and future package features.  There are no setup fees, you will simply be invoiced monthly for any active packages and you can cancel at any time.
